Project Manager

Purpose:

Oversees and accomplishes project objectives by planning, delegating and evaluating project activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and suggestions to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; implementing change.
  • Meets financial objectives by understanding and communicating requirements, preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
