Schedule: Monday through Friday, with staggered shifts available between 8am-7pm.

Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Our client, a well known Chicago food brand, is looking for a Seasonal Corporate Concierge to join their team!
Seasonal Corporate Concierge Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by professionally managing inbound phone calls and email inquiries.
- Accurately enter, process, and monitor orders while providing exceptional support to high-volume corporate accounts.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer account records and order information to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and manage FedEx shipments, resolve delivery issues, and assist customers with replacement or reshipment requests as needed.
Seasonal Corporate Concierge Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams), plus an aptitude for quickly learning new systems
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Hospitality-focused, with experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented office
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a professional email style
- Reliable, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently post-training
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
