Our client, the headquarters of a popular Chicago food brand, are looking for Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to add to their team!
Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with placing online orders, troubleshoot order issues, delivery concerns, and general questions assisting though client’s website.
- Track FedEx shipments to ensure packages arrive perfectly nationwide.
- Answer product questions, provide order updates, and help customers place their orders.
- Resolve issues quickly with empathy and professionalism.
- Keep detailed and accurate information, including notes on customer interactions.
Seasonal Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of customer service or related experience (e‑commerce experience a plus).
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced office environment.
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office and internet research).
- Must have the ability to work independently after training.
- Must be able to speak and write fluently in English.
