Our client, an HR Services company, is looking for an Office Solutions Coordinator to join their team!
Office Solutions Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal control system and track activity metrics data for service level agreement requirements.
- Responsible for the overall monitoring, ordering and distributing of supplies to floor for equipment (e.g. paper, toner, staples, etc.)
- Assist team with equipment diagnosis and resolve maintenance/repair issues.
- Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs or replace equipment components as necessary.
- Maintain a productive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Office Solutions Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Thorough working knowledge of copiers, printers, and facsimiles, as well as basic computer skills is required.
- Proven track record and troubleshooting skills of digital copiers, printers, and facsimiles.
- Minimum two to three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience as a technician working with business technology.
- Requires lifting or carrying of weight equal to 50 pounds or less.
- Requires walking and/or standing for extended periods of time.
