Purpose:
Executes office needs and services by organizing data and material, implementing systems, policies and procedures. An Administrative Assistant also monitors administrative projects and delegates relevant tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains workflow by managing organization and methods, implementing and promoting company cost reduction, and developing reporting and reference methods.
- Creates and maintains internal practices by analyzing operations, keeping records, and maintaining budgetary/employee requirements.
- Supports administrative staff by providing necessary information and communicating growth opportunities.
- Aims to solve administrative problems by preparing and organizing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Maintains positive operation of equipment by completing maintenance requirements, tracking inventories and evaluating new equipment.
- Provides accurate information to internal employees, clients and guests.
- Maintains supply inventory by tracking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders.
- Contributes to company success by accomplishing requested results of team members.
