Customer Service (Entry-Level) – 1st Shift

This is an excellent opportunity to get into a growing, well established technology startup company.

The available shifts are:

Monday – Friday: 7am – 4pm

 

Position overview:

This team is comprised of patient, resourceful, personable and efficient communicators and problem-solvers. The position involves:

-Placing follow up calls for quality assurance on previous service appointments with clients

-Managing a book of business and accounts (strong entrepreneurial spirit required to develop and grow accounts)

-Tracking and entering data – a keen eye for detail is required!

-Very comfortable with being on the phones all day

-Communication with current and new clients is key, thus you will be playing a vital role in affecting the reputation of the client.

 

The candidate profile is: someone who is efficient; can work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and is a fast learner. Experience in a fast-paced environment, as well as a good deal of web/technology savvy is helpful for this role but mostly importantly highly motivated people with upbeat personalities is the recipe for success!

Pay rate: $14/hour for the temp portion of the assignment, permanent salary between 35K-40K
