Role Description
This is a 3+ month temporary assignment.
Client has a team of consultants on a client site in New Jersey. The consulting team is seeking someone to provide full time Project & Executive Assistant. You would be supporting a team of 12+ consultants.
Ideal candidate is someone who is on demand, e.g., full time, who is organized, personable, fast with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform a wide variety of administrative functions and will report to one of the senior consultants within our organization.
You will be a “jack of all trades” and provide whatever type of Project and/or Administrative Support the team needs.
Here are some examples of the type of support you would provide:
- Scheduling meetings and conference rooms with admins at the client
- Posting documents to SharePoint folders
- Organizing team events and meetings
- Proofreading and simple web research (pulling articles, etc.)
- Coordinating and booking hotel and travel as needed
- Compiling individual receipts and support for expense reports
- Working with accounting team to assist with client billing
- Coordination with graphic designers and printers (printing, production and shipping
Experience & Qualifications
- Live in City of Chicago (able to get downtown quickly)
- Bachelors degree
- Very good at juggling a wide variety of project related tasks
- Very strong PC skills, particularly with MS Office
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- History of success in fast paced and demanding administrative roles
