Basic Function:

CS rep will be responsible for increasing sales with existing customers, establishing relationships with new customers and working closely with our inside sales rep promoting new products.  Interacts with customers via phone, email and in person to provide them with information to address and inquiries regarding products and services. Processing new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork.

We are looking for someone with a “hunter” mentality who will be dedicated to new business development and up-selling.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Interaction with customers, order entry, processing invoices, credit card processing, outbound sales calls, and generating new customer leads.
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by their immediate supervisor or by company management.

Role is a temp to permanent position with a pay rate of $17/hr on the temp side. Annual salary is estimated at $35,000-$37,000.
