Position Description:

The person in this position will – in combination to the responsibilities below – be working closely with team members in managing various facets of the department. Our client is looking for someone who can professionally accomplish duties with a positive and productive attitude and have excellent relationship management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist company in overseeing various administrative processes and reporting systems
  • Manage travel and related logistics for faculty
  • Processing expense reports
  • Coordinating teleconferences and onsite meetings
  • Manage all general office requirements including supplies and vendor relationships
  • Provide general office support as needed including database management, answering phones, some typing, compiling records of office activities, organizing meetings and appointments, maintaining a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist supporting our business development process, client proposals, and client and industry research as requested.
  • Support the overall growth and smooth functioning of the Company. This may include registering, scheduling, coordinating and potentially participating in conferences and special events and additionally industry trade shows in which the Company may be an exhibitor.
  • Interfacing with colleagues, clients and other relevant parties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 2-5 years experience
  • Excellent use of Google Applications and Microsoft Office for PCs; can easily compose, edit and review documents in Word, Excel and Power Point. Excelling in spelling and typing skills.
  • Experience scheduling and making travel arrangements/accommodations, creating expense reports, meeting and event planning, and calendar management
  • Proven organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • A self-starter who is confident, resourceful and takes initiative
  • Professional image and upbeat personality
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once
