Job Title:  Operations Representative- Capacity

TTP     $15-$16/hr 

The Opportunity

As an Operations Representative – Capacity you will ensure operational excellence by supporting both internal and external carriers and customers.  The main focus of this position is to assist with managing carrier information and ensuring the accuracy of load information within our customized software systems. You will track and trace our shipments, ensure financial accuracy and general problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments
• Customer/Carrier/Supplier follow-up
• Update financial records
• Answer incoming calls
• Provide shipment information
• Audit load information
• Problem Solving
• Data Entry

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent systems knowledge: MS Office and internet
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
