City Staffing is pleased to provide comprehensive benefits to our valuable employees. Full-time employees will have the option to select between a Major Medical plan or a supplemental health plan, along with vision, dental, critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity plans. Part-time employees also have access to the supplemental plans. Eligibility is the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

We understand that a big part of wellness is mitigating stress, so as an organization we process vacation requests and sick days with the utmost urgency. A pretax transit benefit is offered to Chicagoland employees around the 4th month of employment. After 1-year associates are offered an option to enroll in the 401k profit sharing plan which includes a 3% match.
