Our client, a national nonprofit public health association, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to analyze and innovate on web product business needs. This employee will analyze and document descriptions of user needs, including business process, workflows, data flows, use cases, and other requirements.

Compensation: $50 — $55/hour; salaried plus benefits upon conversion

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis (40%)
- Develop specifications for solutions that fulfill business requirements for projects of medium size and complexity through requirements analysis, design, and work estimation.
- Coordinate and lead requirement review sessions.
- Provide clarification to requirements and use cases to developers.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and product verification while maintaining standards and design consistency.
Solutions Improvements (40%)
- Work as a solutions consultant and present how solutions fulfill business requirements.
- Provide training and documentation on solutions and ensure SOPs are developed.
- Support end-users and participate in technology lifecycle management.
- Manage break-fix issue resolution, testing, root-cause analysis, and validation.
Relationship Management (20%)
- Coordinate testing cycles and user acceptance testing.
- Report project status regularly to team lead.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate risks.
- Mentor team members and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required
- BS or BA degree in Computer Science or relevant experience required; MS or MBA strongly desired.
- 5+ years of business analysis and business systems requirements experience.
- Experience documenting complex business systems and recommending solutions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor teammates and communicate complex business concepts effectively.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced team environment.
Technical Requirements
- Ability to create full system test plans and execute testing cycles.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and test automation scripting.
- Preferred exposure to HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with use case analysis, workflow modeling, data flow modeling, and software design.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
