We are seeking a strong Executive Assistant to support our client’s high-level executive.

Compensation: $75,000 — $95,000, depending on experience/client
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executive and adjacent team; scheduling meetings and ensuring attendees have necessary materials.
- Take incoming calls and correspondence or forward appropriately.
- Communicate staff and senior management requests while maintaining confidentiality and prioritization.
- Support executive with external meetings and conferences.
- Assist with executive presentations and memos including proofreading, research, and editing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and hotels.
- Manage executive expense reports and company credit card activity.
- Follow up on travel budget, policy, and process questions.
- Coordinate administrative duties with assistants across the division.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Experience supporting senior or C‑suite executives.
- Strong proofreading and document review skills.
- Previous experience leading administrative staff.
- Strong multitasking, planning, and organizational skills.
- Diplomacy, tact, discretion, and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Ability to work extended hours when needed.
